Hi to all on this forum Not sure if this is of any interest to anyone here but I have inherited a superb house in Vukovar in Slavonija - long story not worth using space for. It was newly built in 1989, badly damaged during the war in 1991 and has been completely rebuilt (not with state funds), in 1997. It is on the edge of the town with 5000m2 land surface, above what will be town water reservoir with recreation facilities, cycling lanes, fishing and boating etc. etc. The house has 300m2 living area on three levels with one level fully equipped and furnished. Property is suitable for any number of business ventures but would lend itself superbly to hospitality/catering establishment. The architect involved with the rebuilding project in 1997 suggested large wooden café area with open serving and viewing platform above to provide views over the lake below and surrounding countryside. Should anyone be interested I can provide lots of photos and detailed info.
