Dear All, I will write in English just in case a non Croatian speaking person who can help sees this as well. A friend of mine is considering a job offer from the UK that would be fully sponsored by the employer. But she is a bit baffled by the language requirement paraghraph. I had a look too but must say I am not really sure how this works: www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/workingintheuk/tier2/general/eligibility/pointsassessment/englishlanguage/So, she is not coming from the majority english speaking country, she is not british nor is her mother tongue english. She is a Croatian scientist living and working in Belgium for the last 15 years. So does she need to do an english language test over there to prove her english language skills or is this something her sponsor should sort out for her? Thanks all in advance!
