Kod njoka mislim da je vrsta krumpira vaznija od vrste brasna. Krumpir treba da bude brasnjav. Na 1kg krumpira ide 25dkg brasna i 1-2 jaja. Vise od ove kolicine brasna nece valjati. Ipak vjestina pravljenja njoka ovisi o praksi..vazno je vaditi njoke iz vode cim isplivaju na povrsinu.

ma ja to rjesin ovako...odem u 'safeway' i kupim njihove pakovane njoke, bacin ih pet minuti u vrelu vodu i to je to, znan da ce te me sad kritizirat ali mogu van rec da nisu lose

Anja, is this the complete list of ingredients or do you have to add water or oil or salt or anything else. Could you post your recipe?
I really miss the real thing, the ones from the supermarket just aren't good enough!
