Is it true that there are no longer direct flights London-Zagreb. I knew that BA gave up of it but what happend with Croatia Airlines and rest of them. For last two years I've been using RyanAir and was not aware of this change. Is it true, is it just temporary...?

It is true that BA has stop flying to Croatia (not sure of exact date it comes into force) but Croatia Airlines is still flying. I have booked tickets for Christmas few weeks ago.

I bought mine yesterday. I had to fiddle with the dates a bit to get the cheaper ticket. For example, if you want to fly LHR - ZAG on 19th Dec and come back on the 5th Jan (my original dates) then the price is £215..something. But if you expand your dates slightly so fly 18th Dec out and come back on the 6th the price is £170.80. A total saving of £46. You can play with one date - outbound or return to get a saving of £22. I just thought to myself: 'Kad je bal, nek je bal!" . Good Luck!

I booked my tickets back in September (I left it later one year and it cost me dearly, since closer to the date of flight the more expensive it is). At the time I book my flight this year I paid about £340 for 2 flights, so about £170 each.

I am selling a return ticket to ANY Croatian destination on ANY date with Croatia Airlines (I won it in a raffle and cannot get the right amount of leave, so it is useless to me). Was asking £200.... now down to £170.
BTW, the ticket does not yet have my name on it, so it can be used by anyone I designate.
