Hello!! Bok svima!!
Moving to London for the second time in my life. Im a Croatian/New Zealand citezan and Ive basiclly got most my paperwork together for the tier2 visa just wandering if anyone can give me advice.
I want to use my New Zeland passport as proof that I can speak english, as a document with my application. It states that if I am a national of a majority english speaking country that I can do that. So my question is....has anyone done something similar before or does anyone have advice or have a great immigration lawyer that can help:)
Hvala

Immigration lawyers - great or otherwise - are very expensive and, in my opinion only and not to be taken as advice, at this stage of your application, not much use. My niece did similar thing with her Aussie school certificates and they took them as proof of her English language skill.
