That is all really great, but how about calls from mobiles? Do we get extra charged?

Im not sure how much does each mobile company charge for 0844 numbers, you should check that directly with them but if you d like to call mob in croatia, that'll cost you 9p/min 08713 433 433 that's not bad either comparing im paying 10p/message

The numbers Sanja gave are for Telediscount. I believe the number for calling Croatian Landlines is now 0844 5 663 663 (5p/Min)

The 08444 620 620 2p/min offer ended about 6 weeks ago. They are still advertising it on their website, but as m said, it's 5p/min now.

Do not forget the advantages of using phonecards from any provider who is accepting 0800 calls as free. They cost just a bit more per minute, but are much more versatile.

Hi ZV, Sometimes I use Transworld. It costs 11p/min. Not too bad concerning that line is ok. What other cards are ok/recommendable?

Hi, let me barge in... Go to www.callcalc.com and check for yoursef. At the moment there is a "Yes" card with 6.6p per minute and another one ("Royal Mail", or similar) at 7.8p per minute. Just be careful that you add all the figures, i.e. cost of call per minute, freephone access etc. I just "bought" two Yes cards the other day, at £20.-- each. I say "bought" as you do not have to take a physical delivery of the card, just an e-mail confirmation of your PIN number.
