Bosko Balaban has signed a 2 1/2 year deal with Club Brugge of Belgium. They have signed him on a free transfer which is £5.8 m less than what Aston Villa paid for him two years ago. Not bad business for Dinamo. On a plus side croatian players who have played for Brugge have done well. Mario Stanic and Robert Spehar did very well (both played in attack at Brugge). Unfortunately Tomislav Butina who has been there since the new season has done little more but sit on the bench. So could this be the return of Balaban? Who knows, given a chance he might well return to the form he showed two years ago. He signed a 4 1/2 year contract.
