Despite the fact Rapaic said he was to sign for an Italian club in the summer he is still without a club. Once again he is on trial at Liverpool, who offered him a short term contract last year which he subsequently rejected.
Anyway this is from liverpoolfc.tv:
Gerard Houllier has today confirmed that the club have handed a week's trial to Croatian midfielder Milan Rapaic.
The player is currently out of contract and could sign for Liverpool on a free transfer if he impresses during his trial despite the fact that the transfer windown does not open until January.
Rapaic arrived at Melwood today and Gerard Houllier said: "We will have a close look at him. He is a very experienced player and played for Croatia in the Euro qualifiers."
The 30-year-old has played for Hadjuk Split in the past and left Turkish side Fenerbahce last season before going on trial at Celtic.
