Blazevic has just resigned as coach of Mura. He said something about how he was dissapointed with his players commitment and the fact Mura lost to a 3rd division team in the slovenian cup I think was the final straw. Is he likely to go to varteks? ?

There was always rumours about him leaving Slovenia and coach again in Croatia. Varteks is probably not the answer, word is that Hajduk is the preferred option...

Blazevic likes Slaven Belupo, which is close to Zagreb. There is a local rumour that he might be a consultant there for a while.

I read he will be staying as a consultant with Mura. Do not know how much truth there is about that, but he might help them find a new coach.
Ciro to Hajduk, can't see that one happening. I don't think he's that desperate!!!!!!! When I was in HR just recently he was asked this and guess what his answer was NO WAY. I mentioned varteks earlier because before I left there were s. rumours about him going there. Who knows, maybe he will retire gracefully.

Blazevic will never retire - he will carry on until he is 100 years old!

Seems he is definitely on his way back. Well maybe. Mura have appointed Milan Miklavic (53) as the new coach. He's signed a one-year contract and they won 4-0 victory against NK Ljubljana. Makes you wonder if the players liked Ciro at all.
Btw, Sky sports reported Blazevic applied for the managers position at Spurs.

Well well. Varteks have just sacked Drazen Besek after loosing to Debrecena in the UEFA Cup. Is Blazevic going to be in the running now?

Varteks have just appointed Miroslav Blazevic as their new coach. He has signed a two year deal worth about 400,000 Euros in total (a lot of bucks).
Davor Darabos, chairman of Varteks, seems to be extremely happy saying he expects Blazevic to get a place in Europe next season and to even win a trophy in Croatia this season!!!!!
