I have just noticed that this website does not fully support the Croatian language. I am using Windows XP home version set up in Croatian and using a Central European keyboard, and this supports all Croatian letters. It also works for e-mail messages. But when I use them here, only some work. eg. š, ð, è, æ, ž
Surely it is possible to set up the website to support them properly?
Do others have this problem?
What if I want to post in glagoljica..........?

I don't think it's possible to set up this forum for it to be able to display Croatian letters automatically - I checked through the settings and couldn't find anything that would be appropriate. But, you should be able to change your browser to view the Croatian letters properly. I'm using Internet Explorer 6.0 and I changed the encoding from my normal setting of Western European to Central European. Once I did that, I could see all the Croatian letters in your message properly. But changing the encoding may mess up the way you view other webpages...perhaps? I haven't really explored that fully.

Thanks. Never mind, I can read DIN substitutions as well as Croatian letters, but it is a bit annoying, another example of anglocentricity.
My computer is set up with Croatian as its default language, and I have never had a problem yet in reading websites and e-mails in other languages. If you are using Windows XP and a Central European keyboard you just select Croatian in the language preferences section.
