The Croatian equivalent of "kisela pavlaka" would be "kiselo vrhnje" ("pavlaka" being a Serbian word, but may have been used in the past in some parts of Croatia).
Anyway, the closest match among the available products on the UK market would be soured cream (the lighter option) or creme fraiche (a bit heavier but still ok, depending on what you're after).
Hope this helps.

Except for soured cream there is Greek Yogurt that is more similar to Kiselo Vrhnje (again, depending from which region of CRO). The most similar one that I tried is Sainsbury's.

To Mala; If I had something to say I would av said it to ya in a propa(English) Balkan accent.
You nooooooo!
To Marijana; Don't be depressed cause your culture doesn't have dishes like Tika Masala in its list of menus.
To Ante; Yes, its very famous. Croats tend to drink their own flavour of coffee with this great meal called: Crapuccino.
Simple Instructions for preparing this great drink:
Fart in a cup, add 2 cubes of sugar and stear with a sthingy!! Easy!!
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMIIIIII!!!
